1. Do you hold estate sales on a regular basis?
We hold estate sales on an as needed basis. Our sales draw in crowds of buyers who enjoy shopping for nice treasures, reasonable prices and ever-changing inventory of items big and small.
If you are ready to say goodbye to clutter and make a little extra cash, then we can help with that.
2. What kinds of items should I consider selling in an estate sale?
We believe that a good rule of thumb is this; don’t sell any small items you wouldn’t give to someone as a gift. This includes casual dish-ware, kitchen appliances, small furniture, small decor, lamps, books, etc. Adding smaller items to your estate collection is an excellent way to increase your sale income. However, keep in mind that these items should be in good condition and/or useful or collective.
Based upon our experinece, we know our buyers love…
FURNITURE: Pretty furniture, antique or vintage furniture, brand name furniture, and interesting pieces that are in still in good, working condition. We like inexpensive utilitarion furniture too as long as it is also in good condition: tables, occasional tables and chairs, stools, etc.
Broken, dirty, moldy, oe sun-bleached furniture are typically not items our customers feel good about buying.
SPECIAL ITEMS: Think gowns, stylish china, crystal, antiques, pretty rugs, important artwork and pottery, and/or dishes, statues, musical instruments, etc. If you have a price, we will discuss it ahead of time. We will price accordingly.
** Special items may be discounted if they don’t sell the first day.
FANTASTIC FINDS: Cute coffee mugs, cast iron pots/pans, pretty dishes/bowls, unique knick-knacks, purses and fashion accessories in good condition, hardware, costume jewelry and vintage items.

Each item is tagged with your client ID number and make every attempt to track your sale by item. We price items to sell quickly.
